Welcome to the online learning platform of the Church of God of Prophecy (“COGOP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, training programs, certifications, digital resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Purpose of the Platform
The Services exist to support spiritual formation, leadership development, ministry training, and education in alignment with the doctrine, mission, and values of the Church of God of Prophecy.
2. Eligibility (No Minors Permitted)
Access to and enrollment in the Services is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Minors are not permitted to create accounts, enroll in courses, or access content.
By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect or permit the use of our Services by individuals under the age of 18. Accounts found to be associated with minors will be terminated immediately.

The Church of God of Prophecy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, educational, and ministry-related use only.
You may not:
- Share or transfer account access
- Record, reproduce, sell, distribute, or publicly display course materials
- Use content for commercial purposes without written authorization
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the Services—including videos, curriculum, documents, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—are the intellectual property of the Church of God of Prophecy or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Refunds
Certain courses or programs may require payment.
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be completed prior to gaining access
- Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly stated on the course registration page
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of policy violations or misuse of the Services.
7. Christian Conduct & Community Standards
Users are expected to engage in a manner consistent with Christian values, respect, and integrity.
You agree not to:
- Post or share content that is abusive, offensive, or divisive
- Harass instructors, staff, or other participants
- Disrupt learning environments or platform operations
Violations may result in removal from courses or termination of access without refund.
8. User Content & Interactive Features
If the Services include discussion boards, forums, or comments:
- You retain ownership of content you submit
- You grant COGOP a license to display, moderate, and use such content for educational purposes
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our mission
9. Ministry & Educational Disclaimer
All content is provided for educational and spiritual development purposes only.
Participation does not guarantee:
- Ministerial credentials or licensure
- Employment or leadership placement
- Specific spiritual outcomes
The Services do not replace pastoral counseling, professional advice, or accredited theological education unless explicitly stated.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church of God of Prophecy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with our mission and values.
